BOOKING POLICIES
Online Bookings for ALL tables require a deposit of £10 per head. Should you wish to cancel see below
Booking Cancellations & Number Changes, you must give us 48 hours notice by emailing info@theroseshenfield.co.uk or call us directly (leaving a message), otherwise your deposit will be voided. These terms will also apply for changes in numbers, should you wish to reduce your numbers and not give 48 hours notice, then for each person not attending you will lose that deposit per person. Cancellations policy for return of deposit is 48 hours prior to arrival (please DO NOT book a table for less and ask to increase as your booking will be cancelled) We are sorry but due to the high level of no-shows and very late cancellations we now have had to implement these new procedures which we hope you will understand and we apologise for any inconvenience.
PLEASE DO NOT BOOK A TABLE FOR DRINKS ONLY AS YOUR BOOKING WILL BE CANCELLED, those coming for a drink is on a first come first served basis and if available at the time you arrive
NO Prams / Push Chairs are allowed in Restaurant, Baby Carriers are allowed, we do allow them in the Bar Area or outside
The total number of persons booked, must incl. children & babies (if you do not we may not be able to accommodate you)
If you request a specific table, we cannot guarantee that table, however we shall do our best to accommodate your party
Table service is available throughout the venue
NO dogs are allowed inside the restaurant or Bar, but welcome anywhere outside
Our bar menu is served outside (excluding The Rose Garden) and at the bar until 5pm
Our newly refurbished Rose Garden offers a separate menu, available Thursday – Sunday from 2pm until late (weather permitting)
Please ensure any special requirements in relation to your booking are emailed on the day of booking to info@theroseshenfield.co.uk.
