Not Great -
Pub is presented well inside. Staff seemed friendly and attentive but actually weren't accommodating and were difficult and quite rude. There is a deal on which is advertised on large billboards outside the pub, facing onto the main road. The deal reads '15% off when you have 2 courses'. This actually isn't the case and is a bit of a con. You do not in fact get 15% if you order 2 courses. For example, if you are a group of 12 people and only 10 want two or three courses, you will not receive 15% off anything. This is not communicated clearly. Food was good but is very expensive, leaning towards snobby pub food with a price tag that does not justify it.

The monk fish special was out of this world! Super friendly and attentive staff.
Plenty of off street parking and close to A12.
Can't wait to go back!

Amazing little place, this was our first time, staff were lovely and friendly. We had the chilli beef for starters which I forgot to take a picture of and was absolutely amazing. For mains I had the cottage pie which was outstanding. Drinks were reasonable priced. Would definately recommend for a nice late afternoon, evening meal. 10 out of 10

Before Christmas we were a walk in and had a wheelchair user with us. We were warmly welcomed and the service was excellent. Amazing food, good atmosphere, beautiful interior and our waitress Linda was so very kind. Will be coming back here often.
